Our California contractor license was first issued on April 25, 1986. Four decades later, we're still the same kind of company: a family business that shows up, does the work right and stands behind it.

Over the years the work has grown from single repairs to kitchens, bathrooms, painting and outdoor living. What hasn't changed is how we treat a job: like it's our own home.

THREE GENERATIONS OF BUILDERS

Owner Isaac Mandlawi is a third-generation builder and a U.S. Navy veteran. He runs Golden Empire USA on simple standards: show up when we say we will, do it right the first time, and tell homeowners the truth.
